World Affairs Council of Philadelphia Youth Diplomat Program Application

Youth Diplomats is a volunteer program for high school students in the Greater Philadelphia region (including suburbs in Pennslyvania and New Jersey) interested in civic engagement, cultural diplomacy, and representing Philadelphia at events throughout 2026.

Youth Diplomats receive training and have opportunities to volunteer at special events, welcome visitors, and contribute to Philadelphia’s historic 2026 celebrations.
